1. Are the covers waterproof?
No! The main purpose is for the sun to protect the paint and keep the seat cool. However you can use a scotchguard or silicone type spray for good water repellency for a light to medium rain.

2. Will it keep dew off?
Yes

3. What size do I need?
We have three sizes. Medium (43x24); Large (60x32) and X-Large. It really depends on how much of your bike you want to cover. Medium will cover the seat and tank. Large will cover the seat, tank and go over the backrest (sissy bar). If you don't have a sissy bar it would then cover any bags you have. X-Large would be if you want the windshield and everything covered.

4. Can I put it on while it is hot?
Yes

5. Does it ever get stolen off the bike?
As far as we know no one has had one stolen off their bike since we've been in business.

6. Do the covers fit all bikes?
Yes, they are universal. The only ones we cannot fit at this time but have prototypes in the work for are the Goldwing 1800 and the BMW LT 1200. If you have one of these bikes, check back because once we have it finished it will be on the website.

7. Is it washable?
Yes. Wash it on the delicate cycle, cold water and then hang dry or throw it in the dryer 10-15 minutes. Take the hooks off as they make a lot of noise. If you get any spots on the cover you can also use a Shout or a Spray-N-Wash and they normally come out

8. Do you have a warranty?
Yes. We have a one year manufacturer's warranty against any sewing defects, or if a strap or seam comes undone, we have you contact us, send it back and then we send you a new one.

9. Will it burn if I drop it on the exhaust?
Yes. As long as you are careful putting it on you shouldn't have a problem.

10. What if I need extra hooks or lose one? 
Can I get them from you?

11. How long does it take to put it on?
Since there is no exact way of putting it on and everyone puts it on differently, the first couple of times make take awhile depending on how you want it on your bike.Once you get use to putting it on the medium and larges should take 20-30 seconds and the x-large you should be able to do in less than a minute.

13. How soon is the product shipped once ordered?

Original Covers:
If we have the item in stock and the order is received by 3:00 p.m. it will be shipped the same day. If the order is received after 3:00 p.m. it will be shipped the next day. If the item is backordered we will notify you and it would be shipped within 5-10 business days.

Design Stock Covers:
If we have the item in stock and the order is received by 3:00 p.m. it will be shipped the same day. If the order is received after 3:00 p.m. it will be shipped the next day. If the item is backordered we will notify you and it would be shipped within 15-21 business days. All orders are shipped priority mail which take 2-3 working days. 

14. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however the time frame in receiving the cover is longer than in the United States.

15. Can I trailer with the cover on my bike on an open trailer?
No, we do not recommend it.
